What ConversionLoop is

ConversionLoop is a B2B SaaS platform that connects CRM and booking systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pabau, and Boulevard) to advertising platforms (Google Ads and Meta) to enable offline conversion tracking. We are operated by Metaphase Marketing.

Data we collect

We collect the minimum data required to deliver the service:

  • Account data: your name and email address, obtained via Google OAuth sign-in.
  • Integration credentials: API keys and connection details for your CRM and ad platforms, stored encrypted at rest using AES-256.
  • Conversion event data: transaction amounts, timestamps, and hashed contact identifiers (email hash, phone hash) used to match conversions to ad clicks.
  • Click identifiers: Google Click IDs (GCLIDs) and Meta Click IDs (FBCLIDs) captured from your landing pages to attribute conversions to ad spend.
  • Usage data: basic product usage logs (pages visited, features used) for product improvement.

How we use your data

  • To operate and deliver the ConversionLoop service
  • To transmit hashed conversion data to Google Ads and Meta on your behalf
  • To improve the product and diagnose issues
  • To send transactional emails related to your account

We never sell your data. We never use your CRM data for any purpose other than providing the service you configured.

Data we share

We share data only as required to operate the service:

  • Google Ads: hashed conversion events (email hash, phone hash, GCLID, conversion value) you explicitly configure
  • Meta: hashed conversion events (email hash, phone hash, FBCLID, pixel event name) you explicitly configure
  • Supabase: our database provider — stores your account and integration data in the US
  • Stripe: payment processing — we never store your card details

Data retention

Conversion event logs are retained for 90 days. Account and credential data is retained until you delete your account. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@conversion-loop.com.

Security

All credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access is restricted by row-level security — users can only access their own data. We conduct regular security reviews.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@conversion-loop.com. We will respond within 30 days.
