Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ConversionLoop, you agree to these Terms. ConversionLoop is operated by Metaphase Marketing. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

ConversionLoop connects your CRM and booking systems to Google Ads and Meta to send offline conversion signals. You configure which events are sent and what data is shared with ad platforms. You remain responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with Google Ads policies, Meta advertising policies, and applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys entered into ConversionLoop. You must not share access with unauthorized parties. Notify us immediately at support@conversion-loop.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Billing

ConversionLoop operates on a pay-what-you-want subscription model with a minimum of $29/month. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use ConversionLoop to:

• Send fraudulent or fabricated conversion data to ad platforms
• Violate any applicable law or third-party platform policy
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the service without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure

6. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data. By using the service, you represent that you have the right to share the data you configure ConversionLoop to process, and that doing so complies with applicable privacy laws and your own privacy policies.

7. Limitation of liability

ConversionLoop is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific conversion attribution results, or compatibility with all CRM or ad platform configurations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metaphase Marketing's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
